How do they take out the top one when there is a bottom one
+Saul Carranza Hi Saul This model parking lift you would have to remove the bottom car and lower the top car. There are versions where there is a double platform which has been sunk into the ground which means the bottom car would lower into the ground giving you access to the top car.
